Maybe white people think Trayvon is just a news story. Just like anything else. It’s just something that happened and is in the news and on blogs just like anything else. Maybe THAT is why they can be so disgusting and irritating when they talk about it.

This isn’t just a story. This is my life. My life is that my brother can walk down a street with skittles and get murdered by a white person. This is life.

You don’t belittle LIFE by saying a black woman who writes something in anger is just as bad as Zimmerman. Not only is that completely illogical. But it’s disgusting.

I had to pray to Jesus on that one. Don’t come up in my ask box belittling my existence.

If you’re a white person who thinks calling whites monsters is as bad a killing a black child not only do you need to get off my blog and press the unfollow button so that you don’t feel compelled to infuriate me with your white tears ever ever again in my ask box

but you need to think real hard about your life and your whiteness and your humanity

because it’s not fully there.

I know OP doesn’t think all white folks are monsters. But some us will say that stuff when we’re upset thinking about all of the black men in our lives. Hell, thinking about ourselves. Black women get murdered too. Raped then murdered by whites. Don’t play.

Gosh.

Poof and disappear. I never care for white tears but in this instance I just want to demolish the eyes that these tears come from.

If you’re gonna be racist, do it with other white folks. There’s plenty of you. Don’t bring it to my ask box.

If you are a white person and you feel an overwhelming urge to jump in on PoCs’ expressions of pain and grief and anger talkin’ about “OMG I’M DIFFERENT, WE’RE NOT ALL LIKE THAT!” you need to STOP. Right now. You wanna show solidarity and support? Be quiet. Actually support. Blog and talk about the issue, NOT about how different you are from other whites.

Because this is not about us. This is not fucking about us. This is about Trayvon Martin. This is about PoC’s lives. And they are MORE THAN ALLOWED to express the pain and grief they experience and yeah, they’re fucking angry at white people because we keep fucking killing them. You need to shut the fuck up and let PoC speak because if you pop off at the mouth with all this white nonsense you are no fucking better than any other racist piece of shit.
